Seasons of Self (online series)

Self care is so much more than a glass of wine or a bath. It is a deep dive into those parts of you that need attention.
This creation is geared to help you cope with your suffering and find the strength from within.
The intention of these sessions is not to feel better but to get better at feeling!
These will be offered through zoom (you can choose to have your camera OFF).
Each session will have an element of health and healing through yoga, dance, therapy, art, toning, self reflection and much more.
The facilitators are humans from all over the world.
